		<description>I&#039;d say companies are &#039;trying&#039; to manipulate it to hide their misdeeds, but they aren&#039;t succeeding. One of the first rules in ORM is to be transparent. ORM isn&#039;t there to hide what&#039;s been found out, it&#039;s there to control and answer to the public about what&#039;s been found out. Social Media is a public forum, everyone looks at you, THERE IS NO PRIVACY. Once companies realize this the better their chances will be at controlling their reputation. The public aren&#039;t as stupid as these companies think. Saying one thing online, and doing something different in real life should be obvious to anyone paying attention.</description>
